I would like to say that, as the Home Manager of Lawnfield House care home, I can confidently say that we did everything within our power to support your Mum with her needs as best we possibly could.  <br>Your Mum came to our care home from the hospital. I understand that you feel I shouted at you but I do not recall this. However, I am sorry if this is how you felt. <br>I wish your Mum all the best.
