Thank you for providing feedback on Station House. We are pleased that you think highly of the care your mum receives here and to hear your appreciation of the care team. Being able to communicate with us about your mum is very important, but we are aware of the difficulties relatives are currently experiencing when calling the home. Unfortunately, our initial plan to free up the phone lines hasn’t worked so we are working hard on another solution to resolve this. Station House is a busy home and residents can often misplace their personal belongings, but we can assure you that the management team took this matter very seriously and are discussing ways to minimise such incidents.
