Our activities programme regularly receives high praise for the person-centered activities on offer, but we value any feedback to further improve our services and I’ve shared your comments with our dedicated activities team.

We also pride ourselves on the safety precautions we have in place and have the latest state-of-the-art security system to ensure doors automatically lock in areas where they need to. We appreciate that this may not be needed for some residents, but it’s so important that everyone is cared for in the best possible way. Our team is always on hand to support those who wish to go out and enjoy our wonderful gardens, so we are sorry to hear of your father’s experience as this is far from the service and support, we aim to provide.
