Thank you so much for your feedback. Following on from your query relating to last year’s visiting arrangements, I can reassure you we now have a dedicated functioning visiting room. We also have a new management team at the home, and they both take resident’s dignity and welfare as their utmost priority at all times.

In retrospect, we take all feedback very seriously, as was the case in this instance. We also endeavour to improve the service we offer as a future result. We are sorry that we did not meet all your expectations on this occasion and accept that we did not meet the high standards that we expect to achieve. Please accept our apologies.
