We are delighted to read your positive comments about the team. <br>As we care for residents with a range of complex needs, we ensure that new residents are made aware of their behaviours before moving in with us, so that our care home is perfect for their needs. <br>For personal items, residents are provided with secure lockable storage space in their rooms. We are sorry that some items have gone missing and we will investigate this to see how we can prevent this from happening again. <br>We have a dedicated activities coordinator onsite providing a stimulating activities programme and encourage all residents to take part. For those who prefer to spend time in their room, we offer one-to-one activities tailored to their needs.   <br>Our home manager is on hand to talk through your concerns and see if there’s anything more we can do to support your mother.
