Our Promise' approach at the very beginning of the pandemic. <br>Far advanced in our safety measures, we were overstaffed by 20% from the very offset & overstocked with plentiful PPE. Strict policies were implemented & consistently adhered to using government guidance & our own detailed processes to ensure the safety & wellbeing of our residents & our teams. These policies were part of a daily reporting to our central leadership team with their full support and consistent guidance. <br>Oaktree Court has a wonderful team & is a beautiful home well deserving of their 'Good' CQC & I truly believe that your loved one continues to enjoy a fulfilling life at our home.
