We are very sorry that you feel this way. Unfortunately, as we discussed with you at our weekly meetings, there are rare occasions when we cannot meet an individual person’s needs and have to consider the impact on other residents, to whom we also have a duty of care.   We strive to provide a home for life for all our residents, where they feel welcomed and cared for, and truly regret that we were not, on this rare occasion, able to offer this for your Dad.
