Thank you for your review of your short stay at Overdene. I am glad you liked the home and felt the care you received was good and that staff were knowledgeable. We also enjoyed having you stay. The things you felt were not satisfactory were unfortunately unavoidable as follows. You were accommodated on the nursing floor because at the time you needed the room we had no rooms on the lower floor. That you were not able to socialise was due to isolation rules at that time to keep you and all our Residents safe, had you stayed longer, that period would have past and socialising could have and would have been facilitated.
