Thank you for your feedback – we’re delighted to hear your wonderful comments around the quality of care we provide at Manor Lodge, although we understand you have some concerns regarding your mother’s appearance. Now that the home manager, Juliana,  has had the opportunity to discuss this with you directly, we fully appreciate the level to which your mother likes to be presented and that she takes great pride in her appearance. Juliana has shared this with the Clinical Lead and we’ve added it your mother’s care plan so that we can ensure everyone’s expectations are met going forward.
