Thank you so much for your heartfelt feedback and comments, which mean such a lot to the team. We are very grateful that you chose our home for your brother’s care. He was such a lovely person, and it was our pleasure to welcome him to our family. As you can imagine, we miss him very much.  I miss my daily chats with him and remember him as someone who was very jovial, always smiling, and willing to share a joke with staff.  Please accept, once again, our condolences on your loss.
