It is very gratifying to know that your comments have touched on every aspect of the service, and this will be conveyed to all the personnel in these areas. You mention the Manager/Owner relationship and it's impact on the wellbeing of the residents. This has been the bedrock of the service for many years as we are able to monitor the physical, mental and social status of our residents and evaluate their ongoing needs, first hand.
Our COVID protection plan has been successful because it has been a joint effort between the Home and the visitors, and as a result of the relationship we have fostered, they have respectfully observed and adhered to our protocols.
