I would be very willing to meet with you to explain our reasons, but it would be inappropriate for me to discuss personal details of his care on this forum. <br>I am glad that you found some of our staff genuinely caring. Whilst I can say with confidence that this applies to all of our staff, I accept your feedback and we will use it to reflect on our approaches.<br><br>Restrictions on visiting apply to all care homes across the country with some variations required by local public health bodies. I can assure you that at no time have we allowed staffing pressures to limit the duration or frequency of visiting that we offer at Kingsmead. <br>Thank you for your feedback.
