We take all feedback seriously and were dismayed to read your comments about the care your dad received. We don’t have a record of any formal complaint made by yourself, could we call you to discuss things in more detail?
We work alongside social workers and the hospital to ensure that all potential residents are placed appropriately. When dad was admitted to Broadacres he could barely walk and was underweight. While with us we worked closely with the physiotherapists so that when it came time for dad to transfer to a nursing home he could bear his own weight, walk using a frame and had put on weight. We have no doubt that our staff helped dad to regain his health and independence; we believed that you were happy with these improvements and we hope dad continues to go from strength to strength.
We can only apologise about the décor of our home. As with all Care Providers, we routinely uplift the décor on a rolling program, this was interrupted by the pandemic but has now recommenced.
