Thank you for taking the time to review our home, we appreciate all feedback as it helps us to improve the service we provide. We take all issues raised seriously and your comments regarding the dining room/experience have been passed to and dealt with by our kitchen team. We have also passed your comments regarding the laundry to our head housekeeper, who has taken note and reinforced her weekend schedule. Our laundry is done throughout the week and on weekends so we apologise that you experienced this during your stay. Our Administrator and our Admin assistant work full time in daylight hours, the home is also staffed 24/7. If the admin team are away from the reception and the doorbell is rung another team member will always answer the door. Thank you again for your review.
