Thank you for your feedback. These concerns were addressed immediately and fully by the care home, we also acknowledged and apologised for any issues she may have experienced upon admission. We understand your Mum's condition has now greatly improved and we have been able to arrange visits for you to see her.  We hope that everything is now running more smoothly and she is happier in our care but please get in touch if you have any further concerns.
