When your brother was placed with us by the appropriate specialist healthcare professionals, we never received any complaint about the standard of his accommodation or any aspect of his care and attention from the care team. There was no complaint nor safeguarding raised from yourself, your family, his partner or any professional who visited. However, we know you did not agree with the placement and we feel that your review expresses that displeasure. We felt we had to challenge this review with Carehome.co.uk but their policy and process do not account for deliberately inaccurate comments and reviews.
