We have used the points raised during our conversation in previous meetings and correspondence to ensure there have been lessons learned. We continue to robustly recruit and have rolled out specific resident experience training, which we are pleased to report has been highly impactful. Our residents care and safety is our prime consideration and will continue to be so.
