We are disappointed and confused as to why this review has been published after being submitted in October 2021 however all feedback is welcomed and allows us to continually develop our service.<br>I would like to stress that all residents were and are supported and cared for as individuals from a very dedicated and hardworking team under the very demoing times everyone experienced during the pandemic. <br>The staffing levels at the home are always relevant and based upon the number of residents in the home and is monitored daily and adjusted accordingly in order that everyone is cared for appropriately and safely.<br>All the points raised in the CQC report were immediately addressed as evidenced in the recent Good” ratings in all five categories resulting in an Overall “GOOD “ rating.<br>We are of course disappointed and apologise that your experience at Alexandra Court was a negative one.
