We understand it can be a difficult process moving and we support our residents to become settled in their new environment as quickly as possible, although this will be different for each new resident. We are sorry you did not receive information on activities – we do have a varied activities program which is tailored to suit all individuals past times and interests and we aim to have this available to all relatives.
