Thank you for your review, we have referred this to a wheelchair service in Edinburgh and await an assessment on a new chair to be able to provide additional support and comfort.  Our staff have attended training with our in-house physiotherapist to be able to position our residents comfortably as possible until the review. We value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service where required.
