Your positive comments are welcomed by the whole team at Generals Meadow, and it's always a pleasure to welcome you when you visit your sister.  <br>We are sorry to hear that the other care providers were not up to the standard you expected but happy that you found that the 'luxury hotel' environment at Generals Meadow was to your sister's liking. The Jacobean style of the property certainly doesn't look like many other care homes, so we are fortunate that we are quite unique in what we are able to offer in such a nice location with beautiful grounds.<br>Your sister has settled in very well and the staff love it when she sings to them. She has put weight on during her time with us, enjoys her meals and often tucks into her biscuit barrel in her room! <br>I think we have a pretty good routine and plan of care in place, however, if there is anything else we can do to accommodate your sister's stay with us please just let me know.
