We do apologise that you have had issues with the wi-fi. We always encourage the residents, families, and friends to share any concerns they have, so we can take the appropriate actions. We understand how important it is that the residents of Dashwood Manor can stay connected with their family and friends. Dashwood Manor’s wi-fi is set-up to ensure that the residents are given priority over the wi-fi with a secure connection. Sadly, when Dashwood Manor opened, we did experience some issues, and this was reported immediately. Care UK worked with its suppliers to resolve the issues, and to pinpoint the problem. Once the connectively issue was identified it allowed the suppliers to make the required changes. Care UK’s IT team continue to monitor Dashwood Manor’s wi-fi daily and take the appropriate action.
