We appreciate your feedback regarding Beechfield Lodge. We are sorry that you have concerns regarding your mother’s care and we have responded to you regarding these. Our activities changed due to Covid guidance but we continue to provide alternatives and aim to offer individual activities where appropriate. <br><br>Sadly your mum’s care needs did change over time, which we discussed with you and involved appropriate health professionals to provide support. Following a meeting with you and District Nurses regarding the ongoing increases in her care needs, it was felt appropriate to undertake a nursing assessment. Following the nursing assessment being undertaken, the outcome was that mum required a nursing placement. <br><br>We are sorry that you felt things could have been done differently but I would like to reassure you at all times we had your Mum’s best interests in mind and truly believed we were doing everything we could to provide all support.
