Many thanks for your feedback relating to the care of your Grandmother at Fairmile Grange Care Home. All of the feedback that we receive is extremely important to us and helps us to improve our service and care standards. I’d like to reassure you that we do take your concerns very seriously, and I am investigating them all with the Care Home Team.  I will ensure that where needed, the required improvements are made with immediate effect.
