I am very sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction with the alleged slow response time of some of our care staff at times when your father has been experiencing discomfort. It is regrettable that we have come to learn of your concerns through this media and that we were not made aware internally in order to allow us the opportunity to investigate the matter so that any substantiated allegation may be addressed and action is taken to ensure this did not continue. The concerns have also come as an unexpected surprise to us as we have only recently spoken directly with your father's next of kin, who appeared very satisfied with the interventions provided to ensure that the relevant health professionals were consulted and that actions taken by Darwin Court resulted in a positive outcome for your father.
