Firstly I would like to thank you for the comment you made regarding the staff,  however, I am saddened to read that you were disappointed with the business model, and would like to apologise that you did not receive representation at the funeral however, we did pay our respect to your mother when the funeral procession stopped outside the home. This is something we have always carried out. Please accept my sincere apologies that we could not attend and for any distress caused. The conditions of residency including costings are discussed prior to admission and reflected in the contract. <br>Your mother was a resident of Dukes Court for over five years and we have lots of fond memories to cherish of her.
