Hello Roberta. It is with heartfelt saddness and regret that your mum passed away in the hospital as a result of requiring surgery. The areas you have raised in your review have been fully investigated by the home and the Care Inspectorate to which you have received a response. At no time would your mum have been a hindrance to the staff within Hill View as they are extremely dedicated to the work they do.  We are saddened that things did not turn out as expected, we do prioritise the resident experience and will take forward lessons learned. Best wishes.
