We are so sad to hear your feedback regarding your stay with us.  We always endeavour to deliver exceptional service and care for all residents including residents who come to us for respite care. We usually receive such positive feedback about our meals and housekeeping but I can reassure you that we will look into your comments and rectify any areas of our service that fall short of our standards.
