Hi Eunice,<br>Thank you for your review and we appreciate your comments as it makes us feel valued in knowing we are doing our best to care for our vulnerable, your mum is a pleasure to care for and keeps us in our place.<br>I also take on board your comment around funding which unfortunately is out of our control when means-tested, however, the care delivered and cleanliness in the home is not means-tested and every individual receives the same high standards of care and attention that they individually need and deserve<br>Best wishes from the team.
