We do miss seeing you as we did before Covid impacted our lives, but I am glad that you appreciate everything we have done to ensure the continued safety of our staff, residents and visitors such as yourself.<br>Your telephone calls and letters to the residents are very welcomed as is your visits now they have started again in care homes.
