We absolutely agree about the staff, unfortunately, the mandatory double vaccinations had an impact on all care homes across the country and saw the loss of some incredible staff. It is hard times across the care sector to recruit staff. Excelcare are offering quite a bit above the industry norm and good benefits, so it will not be long before we have a full team there again.
