Thank you for taking the time to write a review about Barford Court and your kind comments, which I will pass onto the whole team. <br>We really appreciate your ratings of the Home but we are sorry to hear that you were not happy with some areas of service. <br>We always ensure our residents are comfortable and safe, and receive the best of care from our team of staff.<br>Residents and their relatives are welcome to raise any issues with the Management, Housekeeping and Facilities team.  We always ensure they are investigated thoroughly and keep family members updated if required.   The Chef Manager has already taken the time to meet with Mum and discuss her individual requirements. She has been provided with an alternative menu to suit her needs. <br>If you wish to discuss any particular concerns, please contact  a member of the Management Team or myself directly  who will be able to assist you further.
