Thank you for taking the time to write a review.  Weekends are more challenging. More so because the management team, which includes our wonderful BA, aren’t in. This will be shared with the team so that we can look at what immediate changes can be implemented to reduce the waiting time.  We’re learning every day and want the best for all.
