This is a completely disingenuous review. This gentleman had his concerns fully investigated both internally and via the local authority adult safeguarding team. His complaints were not upheld. Notable that every single rating he has provided is at its lowest possible score despite for example, the accommodation being of very high quality.  <br><br>Other family members who actually had much more interaction with the home certainly did not have the same concerns and CCTV footage retained at the time would not support the assertions he makes re his mothers appearance.
