Thank you for your review. We are very disappointed that we could not meet your expectations and that you have decided to move your dad elsewhere. When your dad was first admitted we could understand your frustrations about the Covid regulations but the Public Health guidelines around Care Home admissions and isolation are there to protect the Residents and staff and it is our responsibility to follow them. We have cooperated fully with your wishes to transfer your dad and are sorry to hear about the issues with the PCR tests which are out of our control as they are completed by the GP and testing labs. We do not have concerns about our staff members who are constantly praised on this forum. They are incredibly caring and compassionate. We did offer to move Dad upstairs when a place became available however you have now declined this offer.
