We are very proud of the staff at Lulworth and are pleased you find them to be wonderful and helpful - We totally agree with you, a great bunch of people, hard working and committed to their residents.   We will make sure they see your review. With regards to the rooms, with the home being a conversion, we are limited by building regulations and the plumbing system as to how many en-suites we can install,  although there are some rooms at the home that do have en-suite facilities, maybe you could talk to the Manager and ask her to consider a change for your family member when one becomes available.  The activities team do amazing things with the residents and I know they work hard to try and plan a varied activities and events calendar - the residents always seem to be having so much fun!
