Thank you for your review, we will pick up your concerns with the grounds team and country kitchen foods. <br>However, I would just like to make clear that we are not understaffed, but understand it may appear as such given staff are undertaking care in individual’s flats, and may not be as visible, so gives that impression. <br>Also, the group's staff are paid in general above the market average with excellent terms and conditions.
