We were sorry to read your comments, and would really value an ability to look at these complaints in detail as we cannot identify the gentleman involved from the Carehome submission. We are so sorry that this was your experience as this Gentleman’s friend and we clearly did not get things right for you or for him, from what you have written. We do have a lot of compliments about the care received at Avon Court, so we would really value understanding more detail so that we can investigate this properly and look to learn from the mistakes that happened during your friends stay with us.
