We strive to give the best possible service, but understand you are feeling disappointed and invite you to discuss your concerns with us further.
Please rest assured, we have investigated your concerns as an urgent matter, and ask that you also follow up on the invitation to make a formal complaint. I understand you have been resent a copy of our visiting policy and have had positive conversations with the Manager, prior to this review going "live". Please contact the home Manager who can supply the Providers information again.
