Your mother’s room is due to be decorated within the next 2 weeks, and this will also include a quote for a new carpet.<br>We have raised the issues in the garden with our contractors. We have been advised that our gardeners will ensure that they follow our service specification and we will monitor this. <br>We appreciate that you raised the issue of the sleepers previously and I would like to reassure you that we are working with our contractors to get this work completed as soon as possible.
