I am alarmed to read your comment that 'the facilities haven't been there and some of the visiting rooms and situations have not been great'. <br>We offered visiting in our Christine Bates Centre, Sun lounge, Tearoom and Pond Room, as well as in individual's bedrooms. We strived to make these areas as comfortable as possible.<br>I would like to know more about what 'was not great' so that I can address the issues.
