We were really disappointed to receive your review following your mother’s short stay with us.  Despite the challenges which Covid continues to present many care homes, our staff remain fully committed to providing the best quality care to our residents.  Regrettably, agency staff are occasionally used to cover unexpected staff shortages however this is the exception rather than the norm.<br>We are happy to say Walton Manor has recently been decorated and carpets replaced, in line with our continued investment into all Autograph homes.     <br>Should your mother require support in future, we would be delighted to welcome her back.
