Dear Fiona,<br>It was always our absolute pleasure to look after Mum. On behalf of all my staff, I would like to thank you and your family for being very supportive and understanding of Mum's dementia. Sometimes it is hard to say goodbye and we must move on but there will always be an empty space in our hearts that can only be filled with happy memories of the one we love.
