It is always a joy to receive a review that encapsulates our Home, staff and practice in these challenging times. We have tried our utmost to mitigate any loss of opportunities and communications during the restrictions placed upon us, by the prevailing regulations and carried on in different ways.  <br><br>The staff have assumed new responsibilities, practised newly acquired skills, and multi-tasked our way through this pandemic period. You have mentioned a few of these in your review but as a team, we are extremely proud of our achievements and it proves that teamwork, determination and common sense can overcome many challenges.<br><br>Thank you so much for your lovely review of our service Sue and your appreciation of all we have done.
