Hi Jason, <br>Sorry to see that you were disappointed with the care that your son received. I must inform you that all employees at Clifton House all hold a NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care, they all hold training in Supporting Adults with Autism, Challenging Behaviours, Learning Disability, Safeguarding and Communication.  The staff were able to care for your son however the environment was not suited and it was causing an unsafe environment for your son and others that reside here at Clifton house. If you wish to talk to me in person that is not a problem, please do not hesitate to call me. Again I am sorry if you felt that your son was let down, however I strongly feel that this was not the right environment for him. I hope he has now found a suited placement for him to reside at.
