Whilst I am pleased to hear that you have found the care your father-in- law receives at Bramshott Grange to be excellent, I was sorry to learn of your disappointment when trying to call us. Your father-in-law’s birthday was on New Year’s Day, this Year proved to be exceptionally busy with many requests from relatives wishing to visit their loved ones that day. The reception team had increased pressure trying to facilitate these visits, but I do understand how frustrating this must have been. I am sorry you had to phone on more than one occasion this Sunday, but believe you managed to speak with the receptionist that same day to arrange visiting your father-in-law later that afternoon.
