Church Farm Care are extremely sorry that your experience of our home fell short of what you were expecting. We care deeply about our residents and their safety, we can assure you that appropriate care was given to your family member by a trained nurse following their falls. We acknowledge and accept there were some issues adjusting to a new telephone system which had only been in place one week. Following training with the team we hope this has now been resolved. Once again we are deeply sorry that our communications fell short of both yours and our standards.
