We wish to offer our sympathies and condolences as his mother is sadly missed in Denewood House Care Home for her laughter, gentle character with other residents and great staff relationships. She enjoyed her stay with us, especially the activities and social times within the home.<br>This lady was listened to and her situation was undertaken by our local social services teams and Care Quality Commission and their advice and guidelines were followed by ourselves for her best interest and wishes.<br>We would like to add that we always endeavour to act for our residents, their wishes and communicated needs at all times with "genuine care for loved ones".
