Thank you for recognising the dedication and hard work our staff provide to residents each day and recognising the activities as ‘brilliant' and 'entertainment great’. We continue to plan activities that are meaningful and resident-led, as well as activities that residents can participate in as a group and try to dedicate time on a one-to-one basis every day. We can only apologise if you are unhappy with the odour of the home, bedding and how clothes are put away.
