As with all residents who are nearing the end of their life, it is always a pleasure and honour for all the nurses and care team, to care for them in their final days. Also to meet with the family, which is really on a daily basis, to support them through a very emotional period, which at times is very much like being on a roller coaster, as hopes can sometimes be raised if their loved one has a good day.
